FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Kyroo.

How does Kyroo attribute deals to LinkedIn Ads?

Kyroo uses company-level impression data from the LinkedIn Marketing API. When a company receives enough ad impressions (default: 8) within your configured lookback window before a deal is created, that deal is marked as "influenced." See Attribution Model for full details.

Does Kyroo require UTM parameters or pixel tracking?

No. Kyroo does not use UTM parameters, tracking pixels, or cookies. It works entirely through API integrations with LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot. This means there is nothing to install on your website and no tracking scripts to manage.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are set up in under 10 minutes. Connect LinkedIn Ads (1-2 minutes), connect HubSpot (1-3 minutes), and your first report is ready. See Quick Start for the full guide.

What LinkedIn campaign types work with Kyroo?

Kyroo works with Sponsored Content, Sponsored Messaging, and Text Ad campaigns. These are the campaign types that provide company-level impression data through LinkedIn's API. Dynamic Ads and Conversation Ads are not currently supported for company-level reporting by LinkedIn.

Can I use Kyroo with a CRM other than HubSpot?

Currently, Kyroo only integrates with HubSpot for CRM data. Salesforce support is on the roadmap. If you use a different CRM, email support@getkyroo.com to let us know.

Does Kyroo support Google Ads?

Not yet. Kyroo currently supports LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot. Google Ads support is on the roadmap. If this is important to you, email support@getkyroo.com to let us know.

How often does data sync?

Kyroo syncs data from LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot multiple times per day. LinkedIn reporting data has a 24-48 hour delay (this is a LinkedIn API limitation). HubSpot data is typically available within minutes of changes. You can also trigger a manual sync from Settings > Sync now.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During that time, you can reactivate your account and access everything as before. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. See Managing Your Subscription for more details.

What is the lookback window?

The lookback window controls how far back Kyroo counts ad impressions when deciding if a deal was influenced. You can set it to 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days from Attribution settings on the dashboard or from your organisation settings page. A shorter window is better for fast sales cycles, and a longer window is better for enterprise deals. Changing the lookback window only affects open deals. Closed deals keep their influence score permanently, and their visibility is based on all-time impressions versus your threshold. See Attribution Model for the full breakdown.

How is the engagement score calculated?

The engagement score is a 0-100 score based on four factors: impression volume (40 points), engagement rate (30 points), engagement volume (15 points), and campaign diversity (15 points). Recent activity is weighted more heavily than older activity. See Attribution Model for the full breakdown.

Can multiple people on my team use Kyroo?

Yes. The Spark plan includes up to 2 team members, and the Grow plan includes unlimited seats. Admins can invite users from Settings > Team. See Managing Your Subscription for role details.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Kyroo uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Kyroo requests only read-only access to your LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot accounts (with the exception of campaign scheduling and exclusions on the Grow plan, which require write access to LinkedIn). Your data is never shared with third parties.
