Managing Your Subscription
Manage your Kyroo subscription from Settings > Billing. Here is how to handle common billing tasks.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Upgrade to Grow
- Confirm the change
- The upgrade takes effect immediately
- You are billed the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period
Downgrading
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Downgrade to Spark
- Confirm the change
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You keep Grow features until then
When the downgrade takes effect, Grow-only features (Insights, Target Accounts, Slack alerts) become unavailable and your team seat limit drops to 2. Your data from those features is preserved, and you can access it again if you upgrade later.
Cancelling
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
- Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. You can reactivate your account at any time during that period and pick up where you left off.
Billing portal
Kyroo uses Stripe for billing. From Settings > Billing, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal. There you can:
- View invoices and payment history
- Update your payment method
- Download receipts
Adding team members
The Spark plan includes up to 2 seats, and the Grow plan includes unlimited seats. To add a team member:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Admin or User)
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access including billing, team management, integrations, and attribution settings |
| User | View dashboard, companies, campaigns, deals, and insights. Cannot manage billing or team settings. |
Payment methods
Kyroo accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
