Target Accounts

Target Accounts lets you star specific companies to monitor them closely. Starred companies appear in the dedicated Target Accounts view and can trigger Slack notifications when their engagement changes.

Starring companies

On the Companies page, click the star icon next to any company to add it to your Target Accounts list. You can star as many companies as you want.

Target Accounts view

The Target Accounts view shows only your starred companies with their current engagement scores, impression counts, and associated deals. This gives you a focused view of the accounts that matter most.

Slack alerts

Connect Slack to receive notifications when target accounts become Hot. Here is how to set it up:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and connect Slack
2. Select the Slack channel where you want to receive alerts
3. Star the companies you want to monitor
4. When a starred company transitions to the Hot tier (35+), Kyroo sends a Slack notification

What the Slack message includes

• Company name
• New engagement score
• Recent impression and engagement counts
• Link to the company in Kyroo

Best practices

• Start with your ABM list: Star the companies from your account-based marketing list to track their engagement with your ads
• Star companies with open opportunities: Monitor engagement for companies that already have deals in your pipeline
• Review regularly: Check Target Accounts weekly to see which accounts are trending up or down
• Keep the list focused: Target Accounts is most useful when it is a curated list of high-priority accounts, not your entire company database
