Connect HubSpot

HubSpot provides the deal and company data that Kyroo uses to calculate pipeline influence and revenue attribution.

Prerequisites

  • HubSpot admin access (or Super Admin)
  • Deals associated with companies in your CRM
  • At least one pipeline configured with deal stages

Connection steps

  1. Navigate to the Connect page in Kyroo
  2. Click Connect HubSpot
  3. Authorize Kyroo in the HubSpot popup. Kyroo requests the following scopes:
    • crm.objects.companies.read — read company records
    • crm.objects.deals.read — read deal records, values, and stages
    • oauth — standard OAuth handshake
  4. Wait for the initial sync to complete (1-3 minutes depending on CRM size)

Preparing your CRM for best results

  • Associate deals with companies. Kyroo attributes deals through company matching. Deals without a company association cannot be attributed.
  • Keep company domains accurate. Kyroo matches LinkedIn impression data to HubSpot companies using the domain field. Make sure your company records have correct website domains.
  • Use deal stages consistently. Kyroo uses deal stage data to calculate pipeline influence. Consistent stage usage gives you more accurate reporting.
