Common issues and how to resolve them.

No influenced deals showing

This is the most common issue for new accounts. Check the following:

  • Deal-company associations: Deals in HubSpot must be associated with a company. Unassociated deals cannot be attributed.
  • Domain matching: Kyroo matches LinkedIn impression data to HubSpot companies using website domains. Make sure your HubSpot company records have accurate domain fields.
  • Campaign types: Only Sponsored Content, Sponsored Messaging, and Text Ad campaigns provide company-level data.
  • Threshold settings: Your impression threshold may be set too high. Try lowering it in Settings > Attribution.
  • Wait for sync: The first sync can take a few minutes. Check the Connect page for sync status.

Companies page is empty

  • LinkedIn sync has not completed yet. Check the Connect page for status.
  • Your LinkedIn campaigns have not generated any identifiable company-level impressions.

Campaigns show spend but no pipeline

This is normal for many campaigns. It means the campaign is reaching companies that do not currently have deals in your HubSpot pipeline. This is useful information: it tells you where your spend is going vs. where your pipeline is coming from.

Data seems delayed

  • Kyroo syncs data multiple times per day.
  • LinkedIn's API has a 24-48 hour delay on reporting data. This is a LinkedIn limitation, not a Kyroo issue.

Token expired

LinkedIn and HubSpot tokens expire periodically. When this happens, you will see a warning banner in Kyroo. To fix it:

  1. Go to the Connect page
  2. Click Reconnect on the affected integration
  3. Authorize again

All existing data is preserved. Reconnecting just refreshes the access token.

Manual sync

You can trigger a manual sync from Settings > Sync now. This pulls the latest data from both LinkedIn and HubSpot immediately.

Numbers don't match LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Small discrepancies between Kyroo and LinkedIn Campaign Manager are normal. Common reasons:

  • Date range: Make sure you are comparing the same date range in both tools
  • Company-level vs total: Kyroo uses company-level impression data, which may differ slightly from total impression counts
  • Sync timing: LinkedIn data has a 24-48 hour reporting delay
  • Currency: Ensure both tools are displaying the same currency
