Quick Start

Kyroo connects your LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot data to show you exactly which campaigns are influencing pipeline and revenue. No complex setup, no pixel installations, no UTM tagging required.

How it works

Kyroo matches company-level ad impression data from LinkedIn with deal data from HubSpot. When a company has seen enough of your ads before a deal is created, Kyroo marks that deal as "influenced" by your campaigns.

Setup in four steps

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.getkyroo.com. No credit card required. You get a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature.

2. Connect LinkedIn Ads

From the Connect page, click Connect LinkedIn Ads. You will need admin access to a LinkedIn Ads account. Kyroo will request read-only access to your campaign data and company-level impressions.

3. Connect HubSpot

Click Connect HubSpot. Kyroo pulls companies, deals, pipelines, and deal stages. The first sync takes 1-3 minutes depending on the size of your CRM.

4. See your first report

Head to the Dashboard to see influenced pipeline, revenue attribution, and campaign performance. For a deeper understanding, see Your First Report.

What happens during first sync

  • LinkedIn Ads: Campaign metadata, daily spend, company-level impression data
  • HubSpot: Companies, deals (with stage history), pipeline configuration

Once both connections are active, Kyroo runs attribution automatically. No additional configuration is needed, though you can customise your attribution thresholds from Settings.
