Campaign Scheduling

Campaign scheduling lets you automatically pause and resume LinkedIn campaign groups or campaigns on a recurring weekly schedule. Use it for dayparting, weekend pausing, or limiting spend to business hours in your target audience's timezone.

How it works

1. Go to Optimization in the sidebar and click Add under Schedules
2. Give your schedule a name and select the campaign groups or campaigns to control
3. Pick the days of the week and time blocks when campaigns should be active
4. Choose a timezone — schedules run in local time for your audience
5. Save. Kyroo checks every 30 minutes and pauses or resumes your campaigns via the LinkedIn API

Key details

• Schedules apply to campaign groups (recommended) or individual campaigns
• Multiple time blocks per schedule are supported, for example 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00
• Campaigns are paused outside your active window and automatically resumed when the window opens again
• LinkedIn campaigns must be in an active state to be paused by Kyroo. Completed or archived campaigns are skipped

Editing and deleting schedules

Click the pencil icon on any schedule to edit it. Changes take effect on the next 30-minute check. Click the trash icon to delete a schedule — this stops Kyroo from managing those campaigns but does not change their current status in LinkedIn.
